The song 'I am an African' Was inspired by the genocide in both Rwanda and Kenya. I wrote it because i felt like alot of Africans have lost sight of who they really are and instead focused on very irrelevant issues such as tribalism or political affiliations. At the end of the day, we are all Africans and it should not matter what tribe, religion or country you come from. We are one! We should be proud.
